Berkshire Design assisted the State Street Deli & Fruit Store with a new building addition, parking lot, and outdoor seating area at their 51 State Street location. Services included site survey, civil engineering and landscape architecture, and permitting for the project. The project enabled the expansion of a local family grocery store which began in 1974 at this location. The outdoor seating area behind the store has become a popular place for patrons to stop and enjoy any of the great food that State Street Deli has to offer.
