The new Towneplace Suites in Hadley represents the first Marriott extended stay hotel in Hampshire & Franklin Counties. Located on Route 9 Hadley, close to nearby colleges and area attractions, this 77-room hotel offers a full range of amenities such an indoor pool, fitness room, outdoor firepit, and continental breakfast.

Berkshire Design joined the design team to support local permitting and construction efforts. The site, formerly occupied by a Comfort Inn, was redeveloped with a new subsurface stormwater management system and updated landscape plantings, creating a welcoming and contemporary accommodation for visitors to the region.
