Completed in 2025, this multi-family development near the heart of downtown Northampton is among the first projects approved under the city’s updated zoning ordinance, which aims to promote thoughtful infill and better use of underdeveloped parcels close to downtown. The new three-story building includes eight energy-efficient, “half-scale” residential units, each measuring 800 square feet or less. Residents enjoy amenities such as private parking, a shared roof deck, and patio space, all just steps from downtown shops, dining, and cultural destinations.
