Erving’s Evergreen Circle brings affordable housing for seniors and families to the core of the Town’s Civic hub. Located behind the Town’s Senior Center and Library facilities, and within walking distance of the Elementary School, the project seeks to expand afforable housing units in town by 32. With single floor living for 16 units at the Senior Housing building, and 8 units of multigenerational town house units, the project anchors the civic core with housing. Surrounded by woods and trails, the project will be both a refuge and a destination for residents of multiple generations. The project recently received a Comprehensive Permit and a Notice of Intent Approval., and is waiting on funding before moving forward into construction. Anticipated completion date 2027. Berkshire Design has been working with Austin Design and Rural Development Inc to bring this project forward.
