Aspen Heights Apartments is located just off of Route 9/Northampton Road.

The project features 88 units, a mix of market rate and affordable units. Of the 88 units, 5 are fully ADA accessible, and two are designed for the hearing impaired.

The two story building is 94,300 SF with central heat and air, and is within walking distance of the bike path, grocery stores, and downtown.

Outdoor amenities include a lawn area for playing lawn games or practicing outdoor yoga, an interior courtyard for gathering in small groups, and a multigenerational courtyard for residents of all ages with features such as a woven Willow nest, sandboxes, steppingstones, figure eight routes, seating area, balance logs and garden nooks.
