2018-2021: Design development, LEED analysis and construction documents for new Pre-K thru grade 8 school with extensive native plantings, nature-themed playgrounds, outdoor courtyard learning spaces, and arrival plazas with unique paving materials.

The landscape includes anti-terror features: these include depressed rain garden areas between vehicle drives and building to help prevent cars from driving up to the building wall, use of boulders and over-sized granite bollards as anti-vehicle access devices at the main building entry plazas, and use of earthen berms and plantings at the parking lot to minimize access points for vehicles to the building.
